Continue your chainsaw safety with more information! Designed to hone your skills fresh from the day before, or with prior consent of the instructors. We heard your call to offer something immediate....here's your chance!
The class continues developing your chainsaw skills combining more hands-on, with lecture while covering more about reactive forces, more chainsaw maintenance, more tools to aid your chainsaw skills, and when and why to use certain notches. More of Level 1; yet developed to expand your skills. Attendees will spend more time cutting with real-time feedback and guidance.
You will leave with a better understanding of the safety + features of a chainsaw and be able to operate a chainsaw based on using safe fundamentals. Prior to taking this course, you should have taken a Level 1 chainsaw course.
Note: Equipment will be provided; if you have your own chainsaw or personal protective equipment, please bring it with you.
This program will be held in case of light/misty rain; in case of stronger rain or storms, this program will be held on May 29th.
Lunch: Not included, bring a bag lunch.
